How do I update my billing details?
Learning Online utilises a number of different payment methods and payment plan providers in order to find the most affordable option for each of our students.
Find your payment provider
Go to the email address you used to register for your course and search your inbox for one of the following names:
- StudyPay
- Payright
- Money Me
- Ezidebit
- Payleadr
- Stripe
Once you’ve located the email from your payment provider, please contact them via the details within that email. Your provider will have provided you with a unique customer reference number, please have this on hand when contacting them.
For privacy reasons, we (the education provider) do not have access to all of your financial information so if you have any questions please contact your provider directly and they will be able to assist.
