Can I change my course?

Learning Online is proud to offer one free course swap for students who have found a new passion or whose circumstances have changed. Course swaps are provided on a case-by-case basis and within reason. A maximum of one (1) course swap including all associated modules will be offered per student throughout their enrolment with us.

We encourage students to carefully consider their decision when swapping courses.

Depending on the course swap there may be additional fees and equipment that needs to be purchased, this will be explained prior to initiating the course swap.

In order to swap courses a student must:

not have progressed more than 20% through their current course
be within their course expiry date

There are some special considerations outside these parameters which can be reviewed, so please reach out to the support team.
